DFDS Pearl Seaways

February saw the team join DFDS’ Pearl Seaways for the second phase of cabin conversions. All the new double beds and furniture were designed and manufactured in our factory in Limavady before being shipped out to Copenhagen to be loaded onto the vessel. Manufactured from aluminium honeycomb panels the furniture is fully non-combustible. With the works taking place in service the team worked quickly and quietly to complete the cabins 2 days ahead of schedule, disembarking in Oslo to travel home.
Well done to everyone involved and a big thank you to the ships crew, we are looking forward to phase 3.
