P&O European Causeway

The Blu Marine team returned to Cammell Laird in Birkenhead at the beginning of June to undertake a similar package on the sister ship of the European Highlander, the European Causeway. The team installed new food court facilities as on the Highlander and included new till equipment and upgraded power sockets, re flooring of the passenger corridors and installing all new and newly upholstered furniture. The Causeway was smoothly completed in 12 days, well ahead of schedule to the delight of all at P&O Ferries. A huge thanks to all sub contractors, suppliers and staff who worked to overcome every challenge to achieve a seamless and successful two part project to finish off a busy refit period.
